As a Design & Creative Marketing Analyst at Folmia, you will turn ideas, insights and strategies into content, visuals and media that shape how our clients - and the Lanmea ecosystem itself - show up in the market. Your work will power campaigns, websites, social channels, pitch decks, podcasts and communities that move the needle on brand, demand and deal flow.
You’ll be the person who brings our thinking to life visually and creatively.

Here’s what you’ll be doing
You’ll sit at the intersection of design, content and growth marketing, turning strategic direction into high-quality creative output. From day one, you’ll work closely with senior team members on both client work and Folmia’s own brand.
- Help conceptualize and create visual assets: company presentations, one-pagers, infographics, layouts, social-media posts.
- Produce and adapt content across formats:
- Social media (posts, carousels, banners)
- Short-form video / clips / reels / video-asset creation
- Assistance with podcast or video-content production: thumbnails, show notes, simple edits or briefs for editors
- Assist with content scheduling and community/channel management (e.g. LinkedIn, newsletters, communities), ensuring consistent voice, timing, and brand identity.
- Work with senior team members to convert strategic ideas into content campaigns, narrative series, or brand-building initiatives.
- Maintain and evolve internal brand style: templates, guidelines, visual and content standards.
- Assist with content analytics - observe engagement metrics, derive insights, and suggest improvements.
- Contribute to knowledge and playbooks shared across the Lanmea ecosystem, so your work scales beyond a Folmia.
You need these qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, Business, Media and a strong portfolio/interest in design + content.
- Familiarity with design or content tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite) or willingness to learn quickly.
- Good written-English skills, comfort with storytelling, messaging, and adapting tone across contexts (social, corporate, brand, content).
- Comfortable working in a small/focused team; independent, take-initiative approach; eagerness to learn and iterate.
- Interest in marketing, design, brand-building, content strategy and media.
- You have a team-focused, entrepreneurial personality with a strong ‘high growth’ mindset and enjoy operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- You possess a self-empowered work style with the drive to execute work independently, take ownership of tasks and proactively move projects forward.
It would be nice if
- You’ve built or run your own content channel - for example a YouTube or Instagram page, newsletter, blog or online community - and created content for it in the past.
- You’ve contributed to content (articles, newsletters, reports, decks).
