Project Saffron
Building a cohesive B2B brand and buyer-focused digital presence for a food importer and distributor
Saffron is an established food importer and distributor in the Philippines, supplying a broad portfolio across B2B and B2C channels. The company had built familiar relationships with partners and buyers, but its brand system had not kept pace with the maturity of the business.
The existing logo and sales materials lacked consistency across touchpoints. Product information was difficult for B2B buyers to navigate, the collateral felt dated, and there was no dedicated buyer-focused website. Leadership needed a thoughtful refresh that preserved what partners recognized while giving the business a clearer, more professional presence.
Where they were
As the business matured, its leadership wanted the brand to reflect where the company was heading, not only where it had come from. The existing logo and materials had served the business well, but consistency across touchpoints was limited, sales collateral felt dated and there was no dedicated B2B website.
The objective was a thoughtful refresh: retain what partners recognized while giving the business a clearer, more professional presence.
What we did
1. Brand audit and direction
We assessed the existing assets and messaging, identified visual inconsistencies, limited B2B emphasis and an underdefined product structure, then set practical recommendations for a more coherent position.
2. Identity and sales collateral
We refreshed the logo and business cards to create a cleaner contemporary identity that could work consistently across everyday touchpoints.
3. Product brochure
We created a structured, updateable brochure that organized product SKUs for B2B buyers and gave the sales team a clearer reference for meetings and trade discussions.
4. B2B website
We designed and built a dedicated buyer-focused website that clarified the proposition, products and partner model through simple navigation and a consistent visual system.
Where they are now
The business now has a cohesive B2B brand spanning its logo, business cards, product brochure and dedicated website. The assets support day-to-day sales and partner conversations while providing a system that can continue to evolve.
